Bourbon Barrel 2023
Amazingly, a bourbon barrel traveled all the way from Kentucky to the Black Forest. For 10 years it had contained whiskey, until we refilled it with our 2023 cider.
Every barrel is unique, with its own story and character. You can discover these via the medium of cider – this one is smooth and easy, just like a good bourbon. The whiskey flavors are distinctly present, complementing without overwhelming the cider.
